Politique relative aux cookies

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let the site remember things between page loads (such as the fact that you are signed in) and keep the experience secure.
2. Categories we use today
We currently set strictly necessary cookies, plus a single preference cookie that remembers the interface language you choose. The strictly necessary cookies are required for sign-in, security, and remembering your cookie choice; because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested, they are exempt from the consent requirement under applicable ePrivacy/cookie rules (such as the EU and UK ePrivacy rules). The language cookie stores only a choice you actively make and carries no tracking data.
We do not currently set analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, they will only be set after you opt in through the cookie banner, and they will be listed in the table below before they are enabled.

4. Similar technologies (local storage)
Alongside cookies, we use your browser's local storage and session storage to make the site work. These are strictly first-party and carry no tracking or advertising data:
- your shopping cart, kept only until you close the tab;
- your display-currency and interface-language choices;
- small interface preferences, such as whether the support widget or a promo banner is open or dismissed;
- a non-sensitive snapshot of your signed-in account — your username, avatar, and whether you are a seller or verified — so pages render instantly; never your email address, password, balance or payment details.
You can clear local and session storage at any time from your browser settings; doing so resets these preferences and any cached signed-in state.
5. Third-party cookies
When you reach the payment step, the embedded Airwallex card-form iframe loads fromcheckout.airwallex.com. That iframe may set its own cookies for fraud-prevention and to keep the payment session alive. Airwallex acts as a separate data controller for those cookies; see Airwallex's privacy and cookie notices for details. Zagrena does not read or share data with those cookies.
6. Managing your preferences
You can clear or block any cookie from your browser settings. The "Cookie preferences" link in the footer reopens the banner so you can change a previous choice. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a purchase.
7. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent under applicable ePrivacy law (including the EU and UK ePrivacy rules); any related personal data is processed under the lawful bases in our Privacy Policy. Any future non-essential cookies will be set only with your explicit consent (and, where US privacy law applies, treated as subject to your opt-out), which you can withdraw at any time.
