Explore games, filter by category, and find the product you want. Check listing details, seller rating, and warranty period.
Secure Checkout
Pay with credit card or wallet balance. Your payment is held in escrow before being released to the seller.
Receive Your Item
The seller delivers the listing. Account credentials are transmitted to you in encrypted form. You can communicate with the seller via live chat.
Confirm & Review
Check the product, confirm delivery if everything is correct. Leave a rating and review for the seller.
Your payment does not go directly to the seller. The Zagrena escrow system holds the payment and only releases it to the seller after you confirm delivery. This protects both the buyer and the seller.
When the seller delivers, the account login credentials appear in encrypted form on your order details page. You can copy the credentials immediately, log in, and change the password.
During the warranty period, open a dispute from your order page using the "Open Dispute" button. Attach screenshots and any other evidence. Our team reviews each case as quickly as possible, review times depend on complexity and current volume.
If the seller hasn't delivered yet, you may be able to cancel. Once delivery is made, cancellation is no longer possible, open a dispute instead if there's an issue.
Delivery times vary by product type and seller. Most digital items arrive within minutes to a few hours. The estimated delivery time is shown on each listing. If the seller fails to deliver within the timeframe, you can open a dispute.
