Deals made outside Zagrena are not covered by escrow protection.
Never share your login credentials
No one, including Zagrena staff, will ever ask for your password.
Don't click suspicious links
Beware of phishing attacks. Always log in through the official Zagrena website.
Monitor your account activity
Regularly check your order history and wallet transactions.
Immediately after receiving account credentials:
- Change the password
- Update the associated email address
- Update security questions if available
- Enable 2FA on the game account
- Remove any linked payment methods from the previous owner
Common signs of phishing:
- Emails or messages asking for your password or payment information
- URLs that look similar to Zagrena but are slightly different
- Urgent messages threatening account suspension
- Offers that seem too good to be true
- Messages from users asking you to transact off-platform
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, immediately change your password, enable 2FA, and contact our support team. Review your recent transactions and report any suspicious activity.
