How we protect your data
Strong Encryption
Account credentials and sensitive data are encrypted at rest using industry-standard strong encryption before being stored.
Encrypted Connection
All traffic between your browser and our servers is transmitted over an encrypted connection, protecting your data in transit.
Password Security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never kept in plain text. Even Zagrena staff cannot read your password.
Escrow Protection
Payments are held in escrow. Funds are not released to the seller until delivery is confirmed, protecting both parties.
Your card details are never stored on Zagrena servers. All card transactions are processed through PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure. 3D Secure verification provides an additional layer of security.
Account login credentials are encrypted before being stored, using industry-standard strong encryption. Credentials are only revealed to the buyer after the purchase is completed, and remain protected at rest until then.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we would notify affected users promptly and as required by law. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, so even in a breach scenario your actual password can't be recovered, and sensitive data such as account credentials remains encrypted at rest.
We use multiple layers of fraud prevention: KYC identity verification, sanctions and anti-money-laundering screening on payouts, rate limiting, and manual review of suspicious activity.
